These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the taxi booking service offered by Taxi GC Friend.
Bookings made through our platform are subject to vehicle availability. Taxi GC Friend will confirm the booking as soon as possible.
The customer can cancel their booking free of charge up to [X] hours before the scheduled time. Later cancellations may incur charges.
The fares shown are estimated and may vary depending on traffic, waiting time, or other factors. Payment will be made directly to the driver, unless otherwise specified.
The user agrees to make appropriate use of the service and to treat the driver and the vehicle with respect.
Taxi GC Friend acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for direct incidents with the transport service, although it will ensure the quality of the same.
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
